typically, jodie and vynnae will have the time and resources to hand-pick a wardrobe, have a few fittings, do some modifications and compile a Look. for the rocket girls, they rooted through a couple of suitcases and brought whatever makeup was in jodie’s car. not ideal, but y’know. they do what they can.
